These Terms of Use govern access to and use of YinYang Duck Animation Studio and Yinyangduck.com (the "Service"), owned and operated by COOL AS DUCK LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+)

The Service is available only to adults age 18 or older. You confirm you are at least 18 upon account creation and each time you access the Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload or generate: sexual, lewd, pornographic, fetish or provocative material; sexualized depictions of minors (always prohibited); nonconsensual intimate imagery; impersonations of real people; content depicting real minors; content that infringes third-party intellectual property; hate, harassment, or content that violates law.

3. Ownership of Your Content

You retain ownership of the original artwork, references, characters and completed projects you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

4. AI-Assisted Content

The Service uses automated systems (including AI models) to interpret your instructions, generate scenes, and moderate content. Automated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content you publish or export.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

Content that violates our Content Standards may be blocked, quarantined, removed or reported. We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COOL AS DUCK LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
